This project has been designed based upon the needs which TTM has observed through its activities that have been transferred into practice from child participation principle. At the workshops, the awareness that children showed to the experiences of themelves and other livings around them made us come to realise how much we adults miss in the daily life and how limitedly we think on the needs of children in particular.

Therewith a group of child social workers who will be the project staff later on has designed a project which will allow children to express themselves -including methods other than speaking- in order to listen to these sensitivities and needs from the first hand and to announce them to public.

Project process has made us come to face our loss of sensitivity and awareness as “seniors”. This confrontation was offending but eye-opening at the same time.

This project pulled out from the depths of our memories the fact that children are people who see the world of adults with different eyes, survive in this world of adults, are strong and have not lost their belief; and who are not “weak and in need of protection”. We terminated this project promising that we will keep this knowledge alive as long as we live. We hope to be successful.
